How long have you been with HELP Adult Services?
I have been with HELP for 2 years now.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Omaha, NE, and I am loving it!

What’s your favorite thing about coming to work every day?
My favorite thing about coming to work is seeing coworkers and customers and putting a smile on their faces.

What’s your favorite Movie/Book?
My favorite movie has got to be The Notebook. Just kidding! Casino is my favorite movie. As for favorite book, I have to say it is It by Stephen King.

What’s your favorite food?
My favorite food is pollo asado tacos! From a food truck or a restaurant , I’ll get that.

Who is your favorite author?
Stephen King is my favorite author. But I also like Dean Koontz. Oh, and John Grisham is good too.

Would you rather…
Go skiing or snowshoeing? Snowshoeing.
Go to a comedy club or dance club? Dance club because I like to be on my feet.
Have a night out or evening in? An evening in means quality time to talk with my wife.
Choose a free trip or money?  Money doesn’t last, but with a free trip I keep the memories.
Watch sports or play sports? I like watching NFL and college football.

What does your perfect day look like?

A perfect day for me is going to work. It is perfect knowing that you have a job you can go to. Having the job means no worries.

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Omaha except for a four-year stint in St. Louis (1983-1987)

What’s your favorite thing about coming to work every day?
My favorite thing about coming to work is the opportunity to help someone I haven’t met yet.

What do you enjoy most about your days at HELP Adult Services?
I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know the HELP Team.

What’s your favorite Movie/Book?
My favorite book that has been made into a movie is “To Kill A Mockingbird” and my favorite movie that has been made into a book is “STAR WARS”

What’s your favorite food?
My favorite food is wings…or steak…hamburgers…meat!

Who is your favorite author?
C.S. Lewis or J.R.R. Tolkien

Would you rather…
Go skiing or snowshoeing? I’d rather stay out of the snow than do anything in it.
Go to a comedy club or dance club? Comedy club
Have a night out or evening in? a night out
Choose a free trip or money?  I would most certainly take the money unless it was an all-expenses paid trip to Scotland or Japan.
Watch sports or play sports? Play sports

What does your perfect day look like?
My perfect day starts at 7:00am with kids and coffee and cartoons while my wife sleeps in.   Our breakfast would consist of bacon, eggs, French toast, and fruit.  Then my family and I head out into Grand Teton National park where we spend the day trying to outrun a frustratingly determined grizzly bear.  Then we would return to our cabin in the evening (un-mauled) where we would cuddle up by the fire and tell stories until one by one we fell asleep.

How long have you been with HELP Adult Services? I have worked for HELP Adult Services for 3 years now.

Where did you grow up? Born and raised here in Omaha, NE.

What’s your favorite thing about coming to work every day? My co-workers make coming to work a joy.  It is great to work with people who are as motivated and enthusiastic about their job as you  are.

What do you enjoy most about your days at HELP Adult Services? The most enjoyable aspect of my days here at HELP Adult Services is seeing the direct impact our programs have had on the lives of so many different families.

What’s your favorite Movie/Book? My favorite movie would have to be “Eldorado” starring John Wayne. I have always been a fan of old western films.

What’s your favorite food? My favorite meal would be Chicken Parmesan.

How long have you been with HELP Adult Services? Two years today!
Where did you grow up? The Village of Murray, Nebraska. Population: 400…
What’s your favorite thing about coming to work every day? My favorite part of coming to work is the people that I get to spend my day with.

What do you enjoy most about your days at HELP Adult Services? Knowing that I can make a positive difference in someone’s life.
What’s your favorite Movie/Book? That is a loaded question. If I had to choose, my favorite book would probably be Persuasion by Jane Austen. The heroine makes a mistake of turning down a proposal when she is young because her beau is not of the same social class. Fast forward ten or so years, she sees the error of her ways, the beau shows up possibly engaged to a relative of hers, seemingly unrequited love…I will keep the end a secret. Just read it! ;)

My favorite movie for the time being is a tie between Tangled and Frozen.

What’s your favorite food? My favorite food is food in general. I love to eat, but if I had to choose, pizza.

What is your biggest success up until now? Giving my life to Christ and trying to live my life how God wants me to.
What does your perfect day look like? My perfect day would include Starbucks, my Bible, an Arsenal game, cheeseburgers for lunch, friends, some kind of baking, and soccer at the park, steak and a baked potato for dinner, Doctor Who, and ice cream.

What’s your favorite thing about coming to work every day? Putting a smile on a customer’s face, seriously I don’t know why I just like putting a smile on people’s faces.

What do you enjoy most about your days at HELP Adult Services? My awesome coworkers, no joke I can’t say that about all my jobs, but this one I can.

What’s your favorite Movie/Book? Man of Steel, I love the action and like seeing my favorite comic hero on a different level.

What’s your favorite food?  Pepperoni Pizza from Pizza Hut

Who is your favorite author? Steve Harvey, his inspirational self-help stuff, a lot of people don’t know that he does more than comedy.

What is your favorite book? The Bible.

What is your biggest success up until now? Being able to be in my kid’s lives. It’s not something that every parent does, it’s an accomplishment.
